To guarantee
customer satisfaction, all items in our catalog may be
exchanged or returned within 30 days of delivery. A restocking
fee may apply. Please check your order as soon as it arrives.
Discrepancies must be reported within three days of delivery.
Should you have any questions with your order, please
call our Customer Service Team. To ensure you receive
proper credit, please give us your delivery invoice number.
All returned items must be returned in new condition and
in original carton with all packing materials. Special
ordered product or furniture is not returnable.
Exchanges
To
exchange an item, call your Customer Service Team to request
return authorization and to order another item. We will
arrange to pick up the item and ship out your replacement.

Authorization and arrange a pick-up of your product.
2. Please indicate
the item number (SKU), description, quanity, and reason
for each returned product.
3. Toner and
ink jet cartridges are not returnable if the carton has
been opened.
4. Please provide
a contact name, phone number and location of item to be
picked-up.
5. All returned
items must be in their original packaging, complete with
all components and manufacturers’ documentation.

An Apex driver will pick-up your return or a UPS call
tag number will be issued.
